Former UP CM Akhilesh refuses to take Covid vaccine as BJP


(Pooja Dubey, Intern Journalist) As the rehearsal of corona vaccination in the country and preparations to start vaccination soon, former Uttar Pradesh CM and Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav announced, ‘I will not get corona vaccine. This comment is from the BJP. How can I believe it? ‘ State’s Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya has demanded an apology from Akhilesh, calling it an insult to doctors and scientists. 

Vaccination dry run has started across the country from Saturday. In Lucknow itself, doctors were vaccinated under the supervision of experts in six institutions. Immunization will soon begin across the country. 

Meanwhile, Akhilesh Yadav said that this vaccine belongs to the BJP. How can I believe this, when our government comes in 2022, everyone will get a free corona vaccine. He said that we will not get the BJP vaccine.

On the statement of Akhilesh, the Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya retorted, saying his statement was an insult to the doctors and scientists. The Deputy Chief Minister tweeted, ‘Akhilesh Yadav does not trust the vaccine and the people of Uttar Pradesh do not trust Mr. Akhilesh Yadav. Akhilesh’s questioning of the vaccine is an insult to the doctors and scientists of our country, for which he should apologize.
